Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data, preparing comprehensive analytical presentations and reports
• Conduct financial modeling, and in-depth analytical evaluations
• Evaluate the effectiveness of investment projects
• Develop feasibility studies for projects, assessing their economic, budgetary, social, and environmental impact
• Identify risk factors and assess their potential impact
• Develop an investment strategy in accordance with the established risk profile and financial goals
• Facilitate the development of model investment projects and establish collaborations with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare key concepts and development initiatives related to the analysis and evaluation of investment projects, in coordination with relevant departments and institutions
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the employer and direct supervisor as required.

Required knowledge, experience and skills:

• A higher education degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Azerbaijani and English (Russian is preferred)
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and evaluation techniques, including financial projections
• Possession of international certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) is highly desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of the agricultural, food, and related sectors is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, business communication, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective presentation skills
• Commitment to workplace discipline and adherence to corporate policies
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Identify potential project risks and provide recommendations for their management
