Minister Majnun Mammadov met with Hungarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan

Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov met with Ambassador of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Azerbaijan Tamash Torma.

Welcoming the guests, Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov gave detailed information to the meeting participants on state support for the agricultural sector in Azerbaijan. It was noted that cooperation between the two countries in all areas is developing dynamically. The parties stressed their interest in expanding cooperation in the agrarian sector.

At the meeting, the issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Hungary in the agrarian sphere and strengthening the legal and contractual base, increasing the trade turnover of agricultural and food products, the transfer of the most modern technologies in the agricultural field , the implementation of internship programs in the field of research and education in the agrarian sector were discussed.

During the meeting, an extensive exchange of views was held on issues of mutual interest.
