The Ministry of Agriculture held a meeting with representatives of German specialized companies operating in the agrarian sector, banking and financial organizations, who are on a visit to Azerbaijan.

Welcoming the guests, Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov gave detailed information to the meeting participants about the role of agriculture in the development of the non-oil sector in our country, reforms implemented in the field of agriculture, achievements, state support to farmers, favorable investment climate in our country, liberal market economy created for business, as well as strategic goals for the development

It was noted that cooperation with companies specializing in agriculture continues in order to apply the best practices in the field of Agriculture in our country. The participants of the meeting discussed the issues of cooperation in the field of transfer of the most modern technologies in the field of Agriculture, automation of production in the agricultural sector, agricultural machinery, spare parts, technological equipment, fertilizer supply, livestock.

At the end, there was an extensive exchange of views on issues of mutual interest.
