In 2018, Ministry of Agriculture received 11074 appeals at Call Center

11074 appeals were registered at the Call Center of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2018.

The appeals mainly encompass to participate in the adoptions Minister Inam Karimov which will be held in various regions of the republic by regions, help to sell of agriculture products, take part in fair organized by State Agro Trade Company and cooperate with „Kənddən şəhərə“ project , give subsidy for bee family, subsidize for each calf born as a result of in vitro fertilization among beef cattle , giving of privileged credits, leasing of breeding animals, buying new technics, completing and transporting of cotton harvesting, and granting for handed over cotton, preferential sale of fertilizers, provide the grain farms with combines, cooperation with AMAL project, joining agricultural volunteers and other issues.

The appeals to the Call Center were answered appropriately and appropriate explanations were made on each appeal. In addition, citizens have been linked to the relevant structural units and subordinate bodies of the Ministry in order to investigate the issues indicated in the appeal and to ensure that they are resolved in a short time.
