Minister Majnun Mammadov received citizens in Astara and met with farmers

According to the instructions and recommendations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the heads of central executive bodies receive citizens in the regions and take measures to positively resolve their appeals, petitions and complaints on various issues. According to the reception schedule, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Majnun Mammadov received citizens from Astara, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Fuzuli, Imishli, Hajigabul, Lerik, Lankaran, Masalli, Neftchala, Shamakhi, Shaki and other districts, as well as from Baku on June 21 in the administrative building of the Astara State Agricultural Development Center, heard their appeals and considered their complaints.

Before the reception, Minister Majnun Mammadov and head of Astara District Executive Power Gazanfar Agayev visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev erected in the center of the city and laid fresh flowers in front of him and paid tribute to his memory.

At the reception held with the participation of the heads of the departments and subordinate bodies of the Ministry, citizens' appeals were mainly related to the provision of crop subsidies, employment and resumption of work, the allocation of equipment for rent, compensation for damages, assistance in allocating and documenting the land plot, provision of farm water and other issues.

Minister Majnun Mammadov carefully listened to the appeal of each citizen and gave relevant instructions for a comprehensive study of the issues raised and their solution in a short time in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Some of the citizens' appeals were resolved on the spot, and some of the issues raised were taken under control for investigation. Appeals not related to the scope of activity of the ministry were registered for delivery to the relevant bodies.

During the meeting with citizens, the Minister stressed that the orders signed by the head of state on the development of Agriculture will contribute to the improvement of the well-being of agricultural producers and the development of this sphere in our country. Citizens who arrived at the reception expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care shown.

Later, Minister Majnun Mammadov met with Agricultural Development Volunteers and presented certificates to a group of volunteers distinguished by their active activities.

In the building of Astara SADC, the Mobile Service Group of the Agro Services Agency organized a mobile service for mechanizers. For driving tractors and other mechanical vehicles, the validity period of which expired during the service, the driver's licenses of the mechanizers were replaced with new ones.

Minister Majnun Mammadov was interested in the process of organizing the mobile service, listened to the appeals of the mechanics and gave the necessary recommendations.
