Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov got acquainted with the activities of regional departments of the ministry in Shaki and visited farms.

Minister got acquainted with the activity of the camish farming of "Azeragrar State Processing and Production Union" LLC located in Dashuz village of Shaki, visited the regional representative offices of "Agroservis" OJSC located in Chalabikhan settlement and Jafarabad villages, was interested in the activities of the laboratory, Expertise, certification center of the Agrarian Services Agency, the regional branch of the Agrarian Training Center.

Within the framework of the visit, Minister inspected the seed warehouses at the Shaki outpost of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry, the corn fields where fertilizer tests were carried out, the Sheki Seed Processing Plant, evaluated the work done and gave his instructions and recommendations.

Majnun Mammadov also got acquainted with the agroecotourism complex "Biogarden" built on an area of 8 hectares in the village of Varazat and made his proposals for the further development of this area.
