Minister Majnun Mammadov got acquainted with the activities of poultry and wine production enterprises located in Baku and Absheron

Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov got acquainted with the activities of poultry and wine production enterprises operating in Baku and Absheron region.

Visiting the “Hicaz Broyler” company located in Surakhani district of Baku, Minister was informed about the work done at the enterprise, and the development of poultry, the current situation in industrial poultry production, further improvement of the production process, and the application of modern technologies in poultry production were discussed.

Later, Minister Majnun Mammadov visited the “Absheron Sharab” LLC and “A+Co” LLC wine production enterprises in Absheron region. Minister was informed on the current state of the enterprises, technological equipment used in production and products produced, increasing competitive wine production, and opportunities for exporting products to foreign markets.

The meetings discussed the work done and steps to be taken to increase wine production and export, and exchanged views on the application of new techniques and modern technologies to improve the quality of wine products, strengthening human resources in this area, and opportunities for cooperation with wine production enterprises of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University.
