Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov met with the winners of the “Yuksalish” competition

Within the framework of the Mentoring Program, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Majnun Mammadov met with the winners of the fourth “Yuksalish” competition, Nijat Gojayev and Aslan Hasanli.

During the conversation with the winners, Minister discussed their personal development goals, approaches to innovative projects, as well as promising opportunities in the areas of activity of Ministry of Agriculture. The prospects for further improvement of the professional skills of the winners of the competition and their involvement in innovative initiatives came to the fore in the discussions.

The winners presented their expectations and future goals from the Mentoring Program.

“Yuksalish” competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan from their mentors and a cash prize of 20 thousand manats for self-development.

The relevant Decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on December 18, 2024, regarding the holding of the fifth “Yuksalish” competition.
