The Ministry of Agriculture held an event titled “July 14, 1969: The Foundation of a Successful Development Path”

The event is dedicated to the 56th anniversary of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev's first coming to political power in Azerbaijan

The territorial party organization of the New Azerbaijan Party Yasamal district organization under the Ministry of Agriculture held an event titled "July 14, 1969: The Foundation of a Successful Development Path" dedicated to the 56th anniversary of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev's first coming to political power in Azerbaijan within the framework of the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty". The event was attended by Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov, Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party Yasamal district organization Bakhtiyar Nabiyev, officials and employees of the Central Office of the Ministry and subordinate structures.

The participants of the event first laid flowers in front of the bust of the Great Leader in the administrative building of the Ministry of Agriculture and commemorated his dear memory with respect.

Then, an event titled "July 14, 1969: The Foundation of a Successful Development Path" began. Before the event, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played, and a minute of silence was observed in memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and our heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland.

Opening the event with an introductory speech, Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov said that the election of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev as the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan on July 14, 1969 marked the beginning of a new era in the socio-political and economic life of our republic. Minister Majnun Mammadov noted that in the 70s and 80s of the 20th century, with his activities, wise and far-sighted decisions, inexhaustible energy, and determination, Great Leader Heydar Aliyev transformed Azerbaijan from an agrarian republic of the former Soviet Union, which was backward in terms of development, into the most advanced and independently self-sufficient country. Minister Majnun Mammadov emphasized that the philosophy of statehood and principles of governance laid down by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev still constitute the ideological and political basis for the continuous rise of our country today. Minister Majnun Mammadov added that the socio-economic policy based on the far-sighted policy, goals, tasks and principles set by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev is currently being successfully continued under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and our country is achieving great achievements in all areas, including agriculture.

Speaking at the event, Bakhtiyar Nabiyev, Chairman of the Yasamal district organization of the New Azerbaijan Party, spoke about the role of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the history of Azerbaijan, his unparalleled services to the people and state of Azerbaijan, and touched upon the achievements achieved during the reign of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan. He emphasized that during the leadership of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan, as well as in all areas, serious successes were achieved in the agricultural sector. The YAP official noted that the socio-economic development strategy authored by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev is currently being successfully continued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.

At the event, the newly joined members of the New Azerbaijan Party were presented with party membership cards, and a group of individuals were awarded an Honorary Decree for their active participation in the socio-political life of the party and the district organization.

The young members who were accepted as members of the New Azerbaijan Party emphasized that they would remain loyal to the ideological principles and values of the party and would spare no effort in strengthening and developing statehood.

At the end of the event, the anthem of the New Azerbaijan Party was played and a commemorative photo was taken
