A voluntary blood donation campaign was held at the Ministry of Agriculture to support people suffering from hemophilia, thalassemia, and other blood disorders.
Organized in connection with November 8 – Victory Day, the blood donation campaign was carried out through a joint initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Republican Blood Bank of the Ministry of Health.
The campaign was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as employees of the Ministry and its subordinate institutions.
Prior to donation, the health status of each donor was checked by hematologists, and blood was collected only after comprehensive medical examinations. The donated blood will be used in the treatment of patients with hemophilia and thalassemia, as well as other patients in need of blood transfusions.
Participants in the campaign emphasized that voluntarily donating blood for children suffering from blood disorders is a noble deed and stated that active participation in such initiatives is a civic duty.
It is planned to continue organizing such charitable events in the future.
