Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov met with the winners of the “Yuksalish” competition

Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov met with the winners of the fourth “Yukselish” competition within the framework of the Mentoring Program, Aslan Hasanli and Nijat Gojayev, for the next time. During the meeting, the main focus was on various methods applied in management in the private and public sectors, management of structural changes, and proper personnel selection. An exchange of views and experience was held in the mentioned areas at the meeting.

It should be noted that the “Yukselish” competition was established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition are provided with a one-year personal development plan by mentors and receive a prize of 20 thousand manats.

The relevant order was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on December 18, 2024, regarding the holding of the fifth “Yukselish” competition.
