Minister Majnun Mammadov received citizens in Ujar

In accordance with the instructions and recommendations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the heads of central executive bodies hold receptions of citizens in the regions, take appropriate measures for the positive resolution of their appeals, petitions and complaints on various issues.

In accordance with the compiled reception schedule, on February 20, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Majnun Mammadov received citizens from Ujar, Agdash, Goychay, Kurdamir, Yevlakh, Mingachevir and Zardab regions in the administrative building of the Ujar State Agrarian Development Center, listened to their appeals and considered their applications and complaints.

Before the reception, Minister Majnun Mammadov and the Head of the Ujar District Executive Power Mansur Mammadov visited the monument to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and laid flowers in front of it, paying tribute to his memory.

At the reception, held with the participation of the heads of the Ministry's departments and subordinate bodies, citizens' appeals were mainly related to employment, subsidies, agrarian insurance, issues related to cotton suppliers, land lease, irrigation water supply and other issues.

Minister Majnun Mammadov listened carefully to each citizen's appeal and gave relevant instructions for a comprehensive study of the issues raised and their resolution in a short time in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Some of the citizens' appeals were resolved on the spot, and some of the raised issues were taken under control for investigation. Appeals that did not fall within the scope of the Ministry's activities were registered for delivery to the relevant bodies.

During the meeting with citizens, the Minister emphasized that the decrees signed by the head of state on the development of agriculture would improve the welfare of agricultural producers and give impetus to the development of this sector in our country. Citizens who attended the reception expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care shown.
