Minister Majnun Mammadov got acquainted with the activities of poultry farms located in Khizi and Absheron

Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov got acquainted with the activities of poultry enterprises operating in Khizi and Absheron regions.

First, visiting “Gilazi-gushchuluq Company” LLC and “Yashma Gushchuluq” LLC, which specialize in the production of table eggs and meat poultry, located in Khizi region, the minister was informed about the work done at the enterprises, the development of poultry farming, the current situation in industrial poultry production, further improvement of the production process, and the application of modern technologies in poultry production were discussed.

Then, Minister Majnun Mammadov got acquainted with the activities of “Khamsa M” LLC poultry enterprise and incubator workshop, which is engaged in the production of breeding eggs in Zira settlement of Absheron region. The minister was informed about the current status of the enterprise, ensuring sustainable production in poultry farms, increasing productivity, technological equipment used in production, and products produced.

The meetings discussed the work done to increase production and exports in poultry farming and the steps to be taken, and exchanged views on the application of new techniques and modern technologies in production, the impact of determining the correct feed rate and feeding standards in poultry farming on productivity and disease resistance, the importance of compliance with international requirements in slaughter and processing processes, and strengthening human resources in this field.
