Business meetings between businessmen from Azerbaijan, Italy and Central Asian countries were held in Tashkent

Bilateral (B2B and B2G) and multilateral meetings were held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, as part of the agribusiness forum on "Innovations for Sustainable Agroecosystems, Regenerative Agriculture and Digitalization" with the participation of businessmen from Azerbaijan, Italy and Central Asian countries. The aim of the event is to support the establishment of direct contacts between businessmen, the expansion of business relations, the formation of new partnerships, and the increase in mutual trade turnover.

During the "B2B" meetings, presentations were made on products and services by Azerbaijani companies engaged in fruit growing, seedling growing, winemaking, as well as the sale of agricultural machinery and their spare parts, and potential partnership opportunities were discussed. During the meetings, entrepreneurs shared their views on expanding economic cooperation, investment opportunities, and increasing trade turnover in the fields of agriculture, food and agro-industry.

The parties received detailed information about the favorable investment climate and export potential in their countries, and expressed their interest in further developing bilateral cooperation relations in the field of agriculture between the two countries, increasing trade turnover in agricultural and food products, and investing in the agricultural sector.

A broad exchange of views on issues of mutual interest was held during the meetings. New contacts were established between businessmen during the bilateral meetings, and agreements were reached on a number of issues.
