Minister Majnun Mammadov met with the winners of the “Yukselish” competition within the framework of the Mentoring Program

Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov met with the winners of the fifth “Yukselish” competition within the Mentoring Program, Ibrahim Mammadov and Irshad Askerkhanli.

The meeting exchanged views on the main directions of cooperation within the Mentoring Program, further development of the winners’ existing knowledge and skills, proper direction of their potential and their transformation into real results.

At the same time, the participants’ future development priorities, professional goals, improvement of management skills, and effective organization of mutual cooperation during the program were discussed.

The “Yukselish” competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan from their mentors and a cash prize of 20 thousand manat for self-development.

It should be noted that a relevant Order was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on December 10, 2025, regarding the holding of the sixth "Yukselish" competition.
