Seminars for young scientists and researchers of the Ministry of Agriculture

On August 29, a seminar was held for young scientists and researchers of the Ministry of Agriculture on the topic “Rules for writing and publishing articles in international scientific journals.”

The seminar was led by Khayala Mammadova, expert of the “Clarivate Analytics” curriculum in Azerbaijan, chairman of the Center for Global Cooperation and Analytical Research, doctor of social sciences at the invitation of the Ministry of Education and Training. In a conversation with Fidan Fataliyeva, head of the training and monitoring division of the Ministry of Agriculture, the seminar was organized with the aim of strengthening the scientific potential of researchers and publishing more articles by young scientists in local and international journals. The representative of the Ministry called the publication of studies of Azerbaijani specialists in foreign journals an important step towards integration into the international electronic scientific information space. Expert Khayala Mammadova emphasized the importance of educational work for the regular publication by Azerbaijani scientists in prestigious journals around the world. Then Khayala Mammadova made a report on the structure of scientific articles that meet international requirements, the publication of scientific articles in journals, research and a selection of scientific journals. The reporter gave detailed information on how to submit scientific articles to international journals, develop certain skills for publishing articles, and answer questions from editors and reviewers. The seminar continued with discussions on the topic and answers to the questions of the participants were given.
