Board meeting held at the Ministry of Agriculture

A board meeting was held at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Chairman of the board, Minister of Agriculture Inam Karimov gave detailed information by making a speeach about the measures taken under the leadership of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in the direction of development of the agrarian sector, decisions taken, results of the 2022 economic year, expansion of the agrarian insurance system’s application, improvement of the subsidy mechanism, crop and animal husbandry.

At the board meeting, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Ilhama Gadimova made a report on changes made in regulations and rules on the organization of agricultural activities, improvement of the Electronic Agricultural Information System, moreover Minister of Agriculture of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Bahruz Bayramov inform on the current situation in the agrarian sector in the Autonomous Republic, and the Heads of the relevant departments, subordinate bodies of the Ministry reported about the work done in the direction of preparation for the new economic year.

At the end, the members of the board were given specific instructions on the implementation of the forthcoming tasks and new action plans.
