Trainings for the specialists of the State Agricultural Development Centers under the Ministry of Agriculture on the management of agricultural unmanned aerial vehicles continue. In the trainings organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center, experts invited from Turkey teach the participants theoretical knowledge about the features, rules of use, and technical indicators of unmanned aerial vehicles.
The training program for specialists of Goychay, Ismayilli, Agsu, Agdash, Kurdamir and Ujar State Agricultural Development Centers has already been completed. During the training, the participants acquired practical skills in using unmanned aerial vehicles. 62 participants have attended the training so far. The participants carried out shooting in autopilot mode using multispectral drones at the Scientific Research Institute of Vegetable Growing and the Gobustan Livestock Demonstration Complex, measuring soil fertility in the field, detecting pests, as well as determining the direction of the vegetation cover index, as well as flight experiments on spraying herbicides and pesticides using sprayer drones. spent
Participants who complete the training are presented with a certificate approved by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Turkey and a driver's license for driving drones.
Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov met with training participants in Goychay district and took part in the ceremony of presenting them with certificates and licenses. During the training, the minister was interested in the level of assimilation of practical knowledge by the participants, and positively evaluated the work done in the direction of preparing specialists who will operate modern agricultural drones.
Later, relevant certificates and certificates were presented to the training participants.
