Minister Majnun Mammadov received citizens in Guba

The Heads of Central Executive Bodies receive citizens in the regions and take measures to positively resolve their appeals, petitions and complaints on various issues according to the instructions and recommendations of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.  In accordace with the reception schedule, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Majnun Mammadov received citizens from Guba, Gusar and other districts in the administrative building of the Guba State Agricultural Development Center on July 21, listened to their appeals and considered their applications and complaints.

Before the reception, Minister Majnun Mammadov and First Deputy Head of Guba District Executive Power Tariyel Ibrahimov visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev erected in the center of the city, laid fresh flowers in front of him and paid tribute to his memory.

Then, the Minister got acquainted with the conditions created in the administrative building of Guba DAIM and met with the heads of State Agricultural Development Centers operating in the region.

At the reception held with the participation of the heads of departments and subordinate bodies of the Ministry, citizens ' appeals were mainly related to subsidies to farmers, providing loans on preferential terms, providing agricultural machinery and farm water, providing jobs in accordance with qualifications, compensation for damage caused during an insured event and other issues. Minister Majnun Mammadov carefully listened to the appeal of each citizen and gave relevant instructions for a comprehensive study of the issues raised and their solution in a short time in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Some of the appeals of citizens were resolved on the spot, and some of the issues raised were taken under control for investigation. Appeals not related to the scope of activity of the ministry were registered for delivery to the relevant bodies. During the meeting with citizens, the Minister stressed that the orders signed by the Head of State on the development of agriculture will contribute to the improvement of the well-being of agricultural producers and the development of this sphere in our country. Citizens who arrived at the reception expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care shown.

In the building of the Guba State Agricultural Development Center, the Mobile Service Group of the Agrarian Services Agency organized a mobile service for mechanizers. For driving tractors and other mechanical vehicles, the validity period of which expired during the service, the driver's licenses of the mechanizers were replaced with new ones. The "Mobile Service" group will continue its activities throughout the day. Minister Majnun Mammadov was interested in the process of organizing the mobile service, listened to the appeals of the mechanics and gave the necessary recommendations.

After the reception, Minister Majnun Mammadov met with the staff of the Guba State Agricultural Development Center.
